Title: Pha-Pha's Jerk Chicken Breasts

1 Or more habanero chiles;
  Chopped
2tbGround allspice
3tbLime juice
2tbDark rum
4 Green onions; thinly sliced
2 Garlic cloves; chopped
1tsSoy sauce
1/2tsCinnamon
1/2tsNutmeg
2tbVegetable oil
1/8tsThyme
  Salt & pepper
8 Chicken breast halves, boned
  And skinned

Combine everything and let marinade for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.

Grill, broil or pan-fry the chicken until browned on the outside, tender o n the inside only about 3 minutes per side. Do not overcook.
